Are you a highly organised individual with experience in a personal or executive assistant role? Are you confident managing competing priorities, working across departments, and supporting a busy executive? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to play a vital role in supporting a broad range of functions including project coordination, data reporting, administration, and cross-departmental collaboration. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently juggle tasks, manage diaries, and follow through on complex action plans.
What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility will be to support the Chief Revenue Officer in a variety of business-critical areas. You’ll be expected to confidently pick up tasks, manage communications, and keep things running smoothly across the CRO’s remit, which includes sales, marketing, recruitment, and expansion.
Key areas you’ll support:
Administrative & Executive Support:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar and inbox management.
* Manage key documents and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
* Help prioritise incoming requests and coordinate across multiple departments on behalf of the CRO.
Project Coordination:
* Track and support ongoing projects, helping manage timelines, actions, and deliverables.
* Monitor progress and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
* Assist in planning and setting up meetings, agendas, and action logs.
Data & Reporting:
* Support in gathering and processing data related to revenue, recruitment, and marketing.
* Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) to create and update performance reports.
* Help turn data into basic dashboards or summaries that inform decision-making.
Research & Expansion Support:
* Assist with research into potential new nursery locations.
* Support in pulling together demographic and market data for feasibility reports.
* Help coordinate communications between the CRO and external partners (e.g. real estate agents, consultants).
Internal Coordination:
* Act as a point of contact across departments to ensure the CRO’s objectives and timelines are aligned.
* Maintain and update action plans across departments.
* Support with preparing internal documents, reports, and presentations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Support role.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence in handling sensitive information and acting with discretion.
* Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
* Ability to work independently, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and support the executive across diverse responsibilities.
