Customer Service Administrator
Location: Cirencester, GL7 6JS
Salary: £22,680 - £25,742 per annum / £12.46 - £14.14 per hour (Pay review pending)
Hours: Full-time, average 35 hours per week on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays

The University is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our University and conference receptions.
The Role
1. First Point of Contact: Greet visitors and callers warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed appropriately.
2. Reception Duties: Handle general reception tasks, manage the reception email account, and assist with queries from staff, students, customers, and contractors.
3. Security Monitoring: Manage security systems, including CCTV, burglar alarms, and fire alarms, and coordinate emergency procedures.
4. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, monitor first aid supplies, and report incidents.
5. Facilities Management: Work with the Estates & IT Team to manage car parking and access control.
