We are currently running a busy well established Pub in Leeds, The pub has a modern fully functioning kitchen and we are looking to utilise it to grow the business sales,
We are open to a number of different options where the applicant (s) can work for the business or take the kitchen on as a separate business or as a profit share ,
The Pub has a proven track record for Sunday lunches where we have done well over 120 covers, We would like to extend an offer over at least 3 /4 days per week

Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
* Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly.
* Provide exceptional hospitality to guests through quality food service and attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food production and culinary techniques, with a passion for cooking.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
* Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
