General Purpose of Role: Accurately and efficiently raise Orders for dispatch, collection or logistics requirements from multiple PCI sites in accordance with standard procedures. Main Responsibilities: Monitor the individual sub-folder(s) within the relevant email/order inboxes. Manage assigned client order requests with correct categorisation during the raising of the sales order within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Meet client expectations by raising the order(s) accurately, efficiently and within the required standard timelines. Meet department expectations by raising the orders(s) accurately, efficiently and required daily targets. Create Sales Order numbers within the ERP system and prepare any required documentation e.g., QP Certificate, Temperature Monitor Instructions. Book courier for assigned orders and generate courier airway bill for ongoing shipments. Assist with order queries or issues which may arise during the raising of a sales order notifying senior personnel within the department. Conduct second checks of the order documentation raised by colleagues, prior to providing sales order job-sheets to the Warehouse teams based at multiple PCI sites. Liaise with Warehouse teams at other PCI sites daily to prioritise urgent dispatches or urgent order requirements. Full compliance with PCI's Health and Safety standards. Monitor POD (proof of delivery) inbox, ensuring all emails, temperature excursions and IRT (software) updates have been categorised accurately and have been fully completed. Previous Work Experience: Whilst previous order processing experience is desirable, it is not essential. We encourage applications from candidates with similar administrative experience. Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence: Excellent written and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
