Responsibilities: Lead and oversee delivery of monthly and quarterly management accounts for a wide range of SME clients Managing a small team of juniors delivering bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and forecasts & budgets Supporting digital transformation projects for clients, facilitating the execution and implementation Providing advice and guidance for clients, contributing their growth and profitability Requirements: A fully qualified accountant, ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent with prior experience with an accountancy practice Previous experience of team leadership, mentoring juniors and managing workflows Adaptable approach to assignment with solid attention to detail and ability to communicate across all business levels IT skills including Excel and any accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS etc).
