Job Description
Our client, a progressive business based in Borehamwood, are looking for a technically astute Group Reporting Manager for their team. The role has come about due to growth and acquisition and as a result it is a very exciting time to join the business. You will be working for a company who are Private Equity owned with strong support and collaboration from the senior leadership team.
Key aspects of the role will include:
* Managing and overseeing the external and internal financial reporting for the company.
* Lead and co-ordinate the year-end Group audit process and preparation of the annual Statutory Financial Statements
* Production of the monthly consolidated management accounts and board pack
* Lead and provide support for Group month end reporting processes
* Be involved in the implementation of automated consolidation software
* Cash flow reporting
* Build meaningful relationships with all key stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Support the budgeting and re-forecasting process, including leading the consolidation process and variance analysis
The successful applicant will ideally be:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Have previous experience in Practice in Audit
* Experience of complex group consolidations
* Statutory and management reporting background essential
