Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in achieving and exceeding branch targets
Manage a portfolio of properties from instruction to completion
Conduct property valuations and presentations to potential vendors

Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estate agency
Strong track record in property sales and valuations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Ambitious attitude with leadership potential
Desirable Qualifications:
Estate agency qualifications (NAEA/ARLA)
Experience in team leadership or training
Local market knowledge
Proven ability to exceed targets consistently
