We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Poole area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements:
* Experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor desirable
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
* Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a busy environment
Duties:
* Greet customers and establish their vehicle service needs
* Prepare job cards and liaise with the workshop to manage vehicle repairs and services
* Offer professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options
* Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
* Always ensure excellent customer service
* Manage customer bookings and follow-up on service progress
Working hours of Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8AM to 12PM.
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 with OTE of circa £36,000.
