A leading global provider of intelligent automation solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to support mission-critical warehouse systems at a live distribution site.
This Systems Engineer role is ideal for someone with strong Linux and SQL skills who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems in high-performance environments.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and support WCS, WMS, PLC and SCADA systems
* Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
* Manage system performance, logs, and database queries
* Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders on-site
* Support incident/problem management and prioritise workload effectively
* Linux (command line, log analysis)
* Warehouse automation systems (WCS/WMS/PLC/SCADA)
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5 years’ experience in systems support or IT environments
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Experience with Linux and SQL
* Exposure to logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments (desirable)
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, operational setting
