Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will be part of the team delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based either 100 % in country, or will travel significantly to Norway or Finland.


Role Accountabilities

* Deliver distinct elements of projects or contribute to the delivery of overall programmes of work.
* Work independently and bring deep technical knowledge and experience in the field.
* Use financial procedures to produce basic plans and schedules, monitor and review financial information, identify anomalies and discrepancies, and keep management updated with accurate information.
* Contribute to a range of professional assignments and support the delivery of projects to time and quality standards.
* Collate and interpret data to prepare documents such as project plans and schedules.
* Analyse data and trends to develop simple recommendations for senior colleagues.
* Monitor and evaluate existing project‑management processes to identify opportunities and advise on improvements.
* Complete complex, professional level tasks as requested, prioritising workload and interpreting policies to support the project‑management function.
* Liaise with stakeholders across the business, acting as a focal point for operational project queries to ensure alignment between policy and practice.


Qualifications & Experience

* Relevant business experience, including supporting large and complex projects.
* Good communication skills, able to liaise with peers and senior colleagues, and build and maintain relationships.
* Commercial awareness and organisational understanding.
* Logical thinking and ability to handle complex issues and coordinate multi‑faceted aspects of projects.
* Self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
* Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Working towards a relevant professional certification or chartered status.
