Flexecare is an Independent Recruitment and Nursing Agency that specialises in long and short‑term staffing solutions for the healthcare industry. We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants with the right skills and experience to join our expanding workforce. Various shifts are available on a long and short‑term basis throughout Morecambe and surrounding areas, with excellent rates of pay.
Responsibilities
Personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, toileting etc.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience in Health and Social Care.
* Minimum qualification of NVQ 2/3 or working towards the qualification in Health and Social Care.
* Self‑motivated and well‑organised.
* Effective communication with clients, staff and other professionals.
* Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
* Effective communication at all levels.
* Excellent team player.
* Willingness to participate in vocational training programmes.
* Basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
* Basic understanding of Infection Control.
Additional Qualifications, Training & Certificates
* NVQ level 2/3 in Health & Social Care.
* Current manual handling certificate.
* First Aid certificate.
* Dementia Training.
* Health & Safety.
* Fire Safety.

Additional Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the UK. Car driver/owner essential. DBS cost will be met by the applicant and can be reimbursed with the Loyalty Incentive Scheme.
