About Our Client

Job Description

3. Support the HR team with administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies.
4. Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, organising interviews, and liaising with candidates.
5. Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing contracts and induction materials.
6. Maintain employee records and update HR systems as required.
7. Respond to HR-related queries from staff and provide accurate information.
8. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects within the organisation.
9. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for HR activities.
10. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR processes and communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Assistant should have:

11. Previous experience or education in Human Resources or a related field.
12. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
13. Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
16. A genuine interest in working within the Not For Profit sector.

17. Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £28,000 per annum.
