Your Impact:

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-driven IT professional to join our team in a dynamic, front-line role supporting internal users and maintaining systems across multiple office locations.

Working closely with the IT Support Manager, you will help maintain systems and equipment across multiple offices, both remotely and in person, while acting as the first point of contact for internal IT queries, hardware troubleshooting, and software maintenance. As a key member of our IT function, you will:

* Serve as the first point of response for internal IT helpdesk queries, delivering timely and professional support.
* Work alongside the IT Support Manager to maintain IT systems and equipment across multiple office locations.
* Provide remote and on-site hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Administer and maintain project task lists, proactively following up with developers and stakeholders to ensure progress and accountability.
* Perform ongoing IT maintenance and infrastructure support across hardware, software, and network environments.
* Prepare custom report specifications and assist with building and maintaining report templates in Power BI.
* Conduct research and proactively develop new skills as technical needs arise.
* Create clear guides and documented procedures to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
* Monitor and remediate MDM device compliance, ensuring devices meet company security and policy standards.

Requirements


You will be a great fit if you have:

* A strong desire for progress and innovation in IT environments.
* Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
* An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* A willingness to learn and develop expertise across IT systems and internal infrastructure.
* Knowledge of corporate network structure and management (beneficial).
* Experience or familiarity with Power BI (beneficial).
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and management.
* Experience deploying, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows 11.
* A positive, proactive attitude suited to a fast-paced, front-line support role.

Certifications:

* CompTIA A+ (or equivalent experience).
* CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent experience).
