What We Offer
1. Starting salary of £30,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
2. 39 hours a week, working 5 days over 7 (including 1-2 late shifts a week), including alternate weekends.
3. Availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends is required, as we operate 7 days a week to meet our guests' shopping needs.

What You'll Need to Have
You will be a natural leader with experience in a retail environment, able to inspire your team and achieve common goals. Good communication skills are essential to build relationships across functions, and you should be able to prioritise, make decisions, and work in line with IKEA's values.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
1. Leading by example on the shop floor, supporting and coaching your team.
2. Collaborating with the Department Sales Manager to maintain excellent merchandising standards.
3. Sharing your product knowledge passionately with guests and your team.
4. Identifying and acting on commercial opportunities to ensure product availability and competitiveness.
5. Maximising sales and profitability through active department management.
6. Promoting IKEA's social and environmental commitments within your team.
