First Milk is seeking a Site Engineering Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering engagement and development.
2. Oversee engineering operations, ensuring uptime, safety, and successful project delivery.
3. Promote continuous improvement and efficiency, managing budgets, CAPEX, and process optimisation.
4. Manage planned preventative maintenance schedules.
5. Utilize experience within the Utilities Department.
