ResoLUTiONs is seeking a Deputy Services Manager to help drive the development and delivery of integrated drug and alcohol recovery services for adults and young people in Luton. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Service Manager in leading a multidisciplinary team, managing service operations, and fostering a culture of empowerment, hope, and positive change. You’ll oversee a wide range of interventions including medically assisted recovery, harm reduction, outreach, and criminal justice services, while ensuring high standards of governance and performance.
