Associate Principal Scientist, Process Chemistry, Hoddesdon

Requirements:
* PhD in synthetic organic chemistry preferred.
* 1-2 years post-doctoral experience in industry or academia.
* Strong academic or industrial laboratory experience with at least 3 to 5 years of industrial experience.
* Proven track record in devising and delivering API synthesis projects under GxP regulations.
* Extensive knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry theories and techniques.
* Knowledge of Process Chemistry fundamentals.
Key roles and responsibilities:
* Mentoring a small team of Process Chemists.
* Engaging with clients, providing project updates, hosting visits, addressing technical queries, and meeting project requirements.
* Providing solutions for complex chemical problems, supporting development and scale-up of processes for the Pilot Plant.
* Participating in the development of new technologies or methodologies.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure proper documentation of scientific work.
