We are recruiting for a successful Quantity Surveyor/Employers Agent (PQS) to join an award-winning Construction Consultancy renowned for its impressive track record. You will play a leading role in Residential/Housing Projects within the North West region, where your expertise will be key in delivering cost consultancy services and fulfilling the responsibilities of the Employer's Agent. Their project consists of a diverse range, from towering urban apartments, student accommodation, social housing and private residential. As part of this role, you will assume ownership of your assigned projects, serving as the primary liaison for the client. You will be involved in current procurement practices, with your specialised skill set and extensive experience playing a crucial role in fulfilling the duties of the Employer's Agent.
