Café Manager - Nonsuch Café Location: Nonsuch Park Ewell Rd, Sutton SM3 8AL Salary: £33,600 per annum Contract: Full-time About the Role The café manager is crucial to the success of the venue, overseeing all aspects of the business, from managing staff to ensuring customers feel satisfied with their experience. We are looking for a proven leader with management experience in the hospitality industry who is not only passionate about quality and customer experience but also excels in team development. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality standards Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain cost-effective operations Develop and implement efficient service and look after our amazing team Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards Maintain high standards of customer service Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively Experience in a similar role is essential, as are excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team and a passion and love of food and customer service.
