Key Responsibilities:
As Executive Head Housekeeper, you’ll oversee the smooth running of the housekeeping operation, ensuring exceptional standards throughout the hotel.
9. Lead the housekeeping department within a luxury hotel
10. Manage a team of 40+ housekeepers and supervisors
11. Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
12. Oversee staffing levels, rotas, and departmental organisation
13. Ensure guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to a 5-star standard
14. Support and develop the wider housekeeping team
What we’re looking for:
The ideal Executive Head Housekeeper will have strong leadership experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
15. Previous luxury or 5-star hotel experience is essential
16. Proven experience managing large housekeeping teams
17. Strong organisational and leadership skills
18. High attention to detail and presentation standards
19. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
20. Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar senior role
