* Completing forms, drafting documents under supervision, and handling various administrative tasks.
* Operating electronic search systems, submitting applications to the Land Registry and HMRC.
* Managing files on a case management system and adhering to file procedures.
* Producing completion statements, invoices, and dealing with accounting tasks.
* Undertaking in-house training and development to enhance professional skills.
* Communicating with clients and professional contacts, managing queries, and scheduling appointments.
* Providing reception cover as needed and supporting general commercial conveyancing secretarial duties.
* Proficient in audio typing and computer literacy.
* Knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing procedures.
