HR Advisor – 6 month FTC with a view to go permanent
Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience
Location: Sevenoaks – Hybrid working upon passing probation
Ideally you will be a driver due to the remote location of the role
Urgent requirement: must be available to start ASAP
As the HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role within the business, acting as a key point of contact for employees and management by providing a comprehensive generalist HR service, helping to achieve and maintain an aligned and enthusiastic team culture.
* Strong ER Case Work knowledge and project work are essential
* Experience in assisting with formal meetings such as employee disciplinaries and grievances
* Exposure to payroll is desirable but not essential
* Must have or be working towards CIPD qualification
* Support and assist the HR Administrator where required
* Be the escalation point for queries HR Admin is unable to deal with and escalate to HR Manager for more complex issues
* Provide coaching and education, supporting business areas on HR-related matters, building relationships with employees and stakeholders
* Provide advice and guidance to employees, team leaders, and managers on a wide range of HR issues
