We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you will:
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues in solving problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
5. Get involved in supporting the local community through various activities and events.
