Overview
We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join a global leader in the dental and medical devices sector. Covering Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire (Manchester, Liverpool, Burnley, Warrington, Rochdale, Bolton, Salford). This is a high-energy, commercial role for a proven sales professional with a strong hunter mentality.
You will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and representing premium implant systems and medical device solutions in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of your sales territory, managing both existing and prospective clients.
* Generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
* Sell premium dental implant systems and related medical device solutions to dentists and key decision-makers.
* Deliver product demonstrations, chairside consultations, and training support.
* Manage the sales cycle independently, with the backing of a respected global brand.
* Attend tradeshows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and strengthen market presence.
Who We\'re Looking For
* Experience: At least 3 years field sales experience in a competitive environment.
* Background: Ideally from dental implants, orthodontics, or medical devices, but candidates from surgical, orthopaedics, veterinary devices, or aesthetics will also be considered.
* Skills: Confident communicator with strong consultative selling skills and resilience to succeed in challenging markets.
* Mindset: A true hunter with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Based in one of the following areas: Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire (Manchester, Liverpool, Burnley, Warrington, Rochdale, Bolton, Salford).
