We have new opportunity for a Customer Success Coordinator in our Customer Experience team in Abingdon. In this role, you will be supporting existing customers during the term of their vehicle agreement.
Responsibilities
* Amending vehicle mileage and extending agreements.
* Arranging documentation for taking vehicles abroad.
* Arranging the collection of the vehicle.
* Change of address or personal details, as well as cherished number plate transfers.
* Early terminations.
* End of contract advice, as well as new vehicle options.
* General questions and queries about customer agreements.
* The candidate will need to create, edit, and update spreadsheets and other business documents and continue to maintain. them in an accurate and timely way.
* Provide general administrative support as needed.
* Develop relationships with our existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
* Liaise with the sales team, customers, and dealers.
Skills and requirements
* Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.
* Previous administration and customer service experience.
* A high professional level of oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, whilst working at a fast pace.
* Good computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in the office in Abingdon. The salary starts at £27,000 per annum.
