The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to step into a senior commercial position on a high‑profile programme within the power sector. You'll be part of a collaborative commercial team delivering essential capital works with long‑term visibility and stability.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting project teams with cost planning, forecasting, change control and contractual support.
* Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation and performance.
* Ensuring compliance with regulated‑sector governance, reporting and assurance processes.
* Providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision‑making.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Background in infrastructure, utilities, power, energy, civils
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work autonomously and influence project outcomes.
* Comfortable working on‑site three days per week as part of a hybrid arrangement.
