Job Title: Client Administrator

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

* £24,000 - £26,000 PA DOE (Experience in financial services required for the higher end)

The Role:

As part of the Client Relations (Wealth Management) team, you will handle client inquiries through effective communication and accurate administration, supporting Wealth Management Consultants and ensuring an exceptional client experience.


Daily Duties Include:

* Handling client inquiries efficiently
* Preparing refreshments for meetings
* Managing administration tasks, including case transactions and supporting clients and consultants
* Liaising with providers for seamless service
* Using various software for data entry and database management
* Supporting client relations through regular communication
* Coordinating office procedures with the Head of Client Relations
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

We seek someone with experience in client care, ideally within professional services, who can nurture client relationships and provide professional service. The ideal candidate will be:

* IT literate
* Personable, presentable, and punctual
* Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
