You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle’s technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, HR, and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and ‘go live’ on time and on budget through Oracle Cloud Embedded Assurance.
You’ll be joining a team that’s rated by Gartner and IDC Marketspace as a Leader in several categories, including being positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Oracle Cloud Application Services, worldwide.
You’ll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organisations. Playing key roles on client engagements, assisting in creating new opportunities and contributing to knowledge sharing and the development of our people.
What your days will look like:
1. Leading, or providing key support the R2S workstream for a large client programmes focused on Oracle ERP technology using our industry leading methodologies to transform client’s businesses.
2. Leadingmore junior PwC consultants in the delivery of the solution from design through to deployment.
3. Leading clients with implementation and support of Oracle Cloud as a functional lead, or key resource.
4. Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of programme plans and governance to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality.
5. Assisting the client with monitoring tasks and progress of client activities; and,
6. Assessing risks and issues by maintaining logs and contingency plans.
This role is for you if:
7. Detailed knowledge of Purchasing (including Receiving), Inventory, Order Management and Cost Management with the ability to configure all within Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.
8. A strong understanding of best practices in relation to the deployment of R2S functionality considering business processes, dependencies and related application implementation design and configuration options within transformation programmes
9. Full lifecycle experience of a minimum of 2R2S implementations.
10. Awareness and understanding of the capabilities across other Oracle applications and platform components, including EPM, SCM, HCM, Integration.
11. Know and have experience of implementing Procurement, General Ledger modules interaction with Oracle Supply Chain modules.
12. Understanding of interaction between Oracle R2S modules other related modules such as Transportation Management, Quality, Product Hub, etc.
13. Must be able to be SC clearable.
Demonstrable experience in several of the following; Client stakeholder management; Ability to design and document R2S for business implementation; Development of workstream plans for delivery; Integration and Data Migration
; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills'; Ability to oversee team members, leading internal and external resource; Workshop / meeting facilitation skills; Oracle Specialism or Certification.
