· Provide excellent customer service to all our customers through consistent use of our service processes and implementing clear and effective Service Improvement Plans.
· Communicate, collaborate, and influence your colleagues and suppliers to ensure that customers always receive excellent customer service.
· Know all the vehicles and services we offer and understand the process for how these can be sold to our customers to ensure we achieve our revenue and KPI targets.
· Ensure that all customer facing areas look first class and that all site information is correct and up to date.
· Live the Company value: Customer Focus, Individual Responsibility, and Interdependence.
· Ensure that all key operational processes are followed religiously.
· Listen to what customers, competitors, staff, and suppliers are saying and act to improve on what's going well and not so well.
· Make sure that the company brand is enhanced every time you interact with the outside world.
· Provide support and assist to the Branch Manager & Supervisors in the performance of delegated duties

Pay: £12.22-£13.22 per hour
