This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-profile environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support with discretion and professionalism. You will work closely with approximately 10 senior leaders and directors, becoming a trusted partner who keeps them organised, informed, and focused on what matters most. Core Responsibilities and Critical Tasks Provide comprehensive diary management and scheduling support for circa 10 senior leaders, directors, and the Executive Committee, proactively managing conflicts and priorities. Coordinate and organise high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, collating pre-reading materials, taking accurate minutes, and tracking resulting actions. Manage and triage email inboxes on behalf of senior leaders where required, drafting correspondence and ensuring timely responses. Produce, format, and proofread high-quality documents, reports, and presentations to a senior standard. Process and reconcile expense claims for senior leaders accurately and in line with company policy. Plan and coordinate leadership events, offsites and other business events, managing all logistics end to end. Provide project and administrative support to senior leaders on strategic initiatives, helping to track progress and keep stakeholders informed. Management of the company SharePoint, internal intranet and other collaborative tools Support the drafting, coordination, and distribution of internal communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with the organisation's tone and values. Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled with the utmost discretion at all times. To demonstrate our values in everything you do. Knowledge & Experience 3–5 years of experience in a senior PA, Executive Assistant, or business support role. Proven experience supporting director-level stakeholders or above, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong diary management skills with the ability to handle complex, competing schedules across multiple senior stakeholders. Experience supporting Executive Committee or board-level meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools. Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong organisational ability with the capacity to prioritise and manage a varied workload under pressure. Experience in event planning and coordination is advantageous but not essential. Experience of working in a multi-site or complex business environment is advantageous but not essential.
