Administrator (Temporary)
📍 Redhill (with occasional travel to South Croydon)
💷 £14.00 – £14.50 per hour
🕘 Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
📅 Immediate start | Initially up to 2 months
🔔 Please note: The successful candidate will ideally hold a DBS on the Update Service. If not, a DBS check will be required prior to starting.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating specialist appointments, including assessments, 1:1 support, and SALT
* Maintaining accurate student records and logs
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure exam concessions are processed efficiently
* Managing electronic filing systems and databases
* Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, including timetables and annual leave
* Supporting EHCP reviews and funding administration
* Assisting with key events such as enrolment and open evenings
* Ensuring systems remain organised, compliant, and audit-ready
🧠 About You
* Previous administrative experience in a busy environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
* Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively
* Experience supporting students or young people with additional needs (desirable)

* Degree-level education
* Knowledge of safeguarding and equality & diversity
* Experience developing or improving administrative systems and processes
