We are looking for experienced Children's Behaviour Support Workers to join our growing team in Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
What You'll Do:
* Provide 1:1 and group support to children with behavioural and additional needs
* Implement behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies
* Work collaboratively with families, schools, and multi-agency teams
* Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive outcomes
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Relevant qualifications (or willingness to undertake training)
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
