About The Role
The role sits within the Executive Education Programme Team and focuses on delivering exceptional service and high‑quality administrative support across Warwick Business School’s executive education programmes.
You will act as the first point of contact for participants and a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
The role involves supporting the administration of programmes and processes, helping to create a seamless experience for senior leaders and client organisations.
This is a varied position with opportunities to work across multiple programmes and functions, in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
Customer focus and a proactive approach are essential. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a busy environment, have strong organisational skills, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience of providing outstanding customer service and working effectively with multiple stakeholders is required. Strong administration skills, high IT literacy, and attention to detail are key, as is the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
