We have an opportunity to work for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK working out of a busy and exciting aviation facility in Filton, Bristol. You will join a team of engineers across the facility carrying out general building maintenance and assisting other tradesman across the site.
Job specific responsibilities
* Plumbing
* Basic Electrics
* Basic Carpentry
* Lamp changing
* Take Tap Temperatures
* Flushing
* PPM's
* Reactive maintenance
* Plant Room Checks
* Assist other engineers onsite as required
* Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
* Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
* Painting & Decorating
* Tiling
* Client facing role
* Ideally applicants will have a trade qualification (Carpentry/Plumbing/Painting & Decorating)
* A can do attitude towards any given task
* Previous experience working as a Fabric Technician
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
