The Role
What will I do?
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop strategies
* Drive growth and repeat business
* Identify business leads through market analysis
* Develop customer accounts and travel locally to increase market share
* Negotiate rates with clients
* Implement local marketing strategies, including social media
* Prepare contracts aligned with current business conditions
* Collaborate with hotel departments to enhance guest experience
* Attend sales events as needed
* Produce reports on sales activities and leads
* Address customer queries professionally
* Manage and develop the sales team
