Dental Beauty Partners have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Nurse (qualified or trainee with experience) to join our reputable and award winning practice, North Hill Dental Care on Layer Road in Colchester.
We offer a wide range of high‑end private & NHS dental treatments to our patients from the surrounding areas, from simple fillings or complex smile makeovers. This opportunity is to join a highly supportive team who are all committed to delivering a fantastic patient journey.
Hours:
Full‑time position with 41.25 hours across 5 days per week. Ideally with occasional Saturdays included, which are spread out across the team on a rota basis. Typically hours are between 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
* Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & undertake CPD in line with these guidelines
* Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties as and when required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Ideally 1‑2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice
* GDC Registration is preferred but we are open to trainee with some practice experience
* Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatments is highly desirable
* Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
* Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
