In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, government partners, and stakeholders across the public and private sectors to deliver high-impact projects that strengthen communities and support sustainable economic development.
What you’ll do
* Lead and manage projects within the City Region Deal investment programme
* Support the delivery of strategies that promote inclusive economic growth
* Work with partners across local government, universities, and industry
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
* Manage risks, budgets, procurement processes, and contractor relationships
* Contribute to programme management improvements across regional partners
What we’re looking for
* Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
* Strong project management expertise and Treasury Green Book knowledge
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience developing business cases, risk registers, and project plans
* Ability to manage complex programmes, budgets, and competing priorities
* Passion for delivering positive change for communities
