The HR function is expanding to meet the demands of this fast paced, evolving business. Reporting to Group Head of People, this role is generalist role with a core focus on driving the ER agenda and supporting the Group in implementing strategy HR, deliver on core people initiatives, working collaboratively with managers to educate and mitigate risk.
Main Duties are
Serve as the first point of contact for HR related queries across the Group, ensuring that advice given is in line with legislation and policies
Handle day to day HR matters such as absence management, discipline, grievances, investigations, performance management, new starter process/inductions
Policy development and ensure Group complies with employment legislation and best practice
Support managers with change programmes, ensuring positive employee relations
Support Group Head of People in any TUPE transfers, including diagnostic of ELI, consultation, liaising with client, unions and other parties to ensure accurate and timely transfer.
Drive mental health and well being campaigns
Ensure diversity and inclusion is a central part of what we do. Analysis of relevant data
Assist with the implementation of a HRIS. Once live, produce monthly group data insights such as turnover, absence, headcount and observations on market trends/competitors
Diagnostic of exit interviews to develop retention strategies
Your experience will include

You will be CIPD Level 5 ideally, however if level 3 must be willing to complete level 5
HR experience in either a Security of Facilities management Company is a major asset to securing this role
