Temporary Accounts Assistant required in Woking for an immediate start!
Description
1. Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
2. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with the management of accounts payable and receivable.
3. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
4. Support in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
5. Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
6. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers/customers to resolve any financial queries or discrepancies.
7. Assist with VAT returns and other regulatory filings.
8. May be working towards their accountancy degree.
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be available on short notice.
