The Role Work with around 30 fresh leads per week, all generated through targeted marketing.
Handle enquiries from people in a range of personal situations — often sensitive — who need guidance and support to make informed decisions.
Take a consultative approach, building trust, educating customers, and guiding them through their options.
Convert enquiries into deals: the business averages a 1 in 6 close rate .
Cover customers across Scotland and the wider UK.
What We're Looking For Proven B2C or B2B sales experience, with the ability to listen, empathise, and educate customers .
Proactive and hungry sales professionals who understand the value of a qualified lead and won't waste opportunities.
Tenacious and commercially sharp, but also able to show empathy and care in sensitive conversations.
Strong consultative sales skills — comfortable explaining complex issues in a straightforward, reassuring way.
