We are looking for an execution-focused, people-first leader who can translate strategy into impactful results across diverse markets in Europe. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will guide a distributed team of 6 Product Managers across multiple countries, shaping both regional direction and local market success.

* Optimise portfolio structure to maximise brand equity across diverse markets.
* Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and reporting at regional and local levels.

What You Bring
Preferred Experience
* Experience leading international or geographically distributed teams.
* 5+ years in medical devices marketing or sales.
* 2+ years in people leadership.
* Strong understanding of European healthcare markets and dynamics.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills across cultures.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Ability to manage complexity, multiple markets, and competing priorities.
* Confidence operating within a matrixed, cross‑divisional organisation.
