Role Description — Senior Account Executive
We're looking for a confident and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our growing London team (hybrid).
You'll work alongside an experienced Senior Account Director, supporting the management of key client relationships and the delivery of standout campaigns across sport and fitness.
The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting campaign planning, delivery, and reporting
* Coordinating with creators, agents, and production partners
* Managing client communication and project timelines
* Researching and activating sporting influencers and talent
* Attending shoots and live events to oversee execution
* Monitoring performance and producing clear, actionable reports
Qualifications
* Proven experience in client account management and project management
* Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution (including PR and influencer campaigns), with the ability to evaluate performance effectively
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Solid understanding of the sports industry and fan engagement
* Broad knowledge of sporting influencers across sport and lifestyle
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
* Flexibility to work both in-office (London) and remotely
* Prior experience in a sports marketing or activation agency is a plus
