As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join the OpTech team in Intelligence Security Solutions, providing cutting-edge solutions to protect Sovereign states from increasingly sophisticated threats. Day-to-day, you will be working within a team that develops software for innovative electronics systems, collaborating closely with specialists across disciplines. Your responsibilities will include:
Being responsible to the Project Design Authority for software development and related activities Solving technically challenging problems from rapid developments to full-scale system developments Applying rigorous engineering practices such as analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, supporting, and maintaining solutions Innovating in the application and integration of digital hardware technologies to build novel embedded systems Decomposing systems into functional components and translating them into a backlog of User Stories Essential experience of the Senior Software Engineer:
Experience developing in C/C++ Ability to work in a rigorous engineering environment using configuration and change management tools Knowledge of the specification, design, and implementation of complex software solutions Experience developing for embedded platforms Experience with Unit Testing & CI/CD tools Multithreading development and debugging skills Essential qualifications:
