The Opportunity A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Principal Nuclear Safety Engineer to support major UK defence programmes. This is a chance to influence the design, construction, and operation of high-integrity infrastructure across the full lifecycle—from new builds to decommissioning. You’ll be working with multidisciplinary teams and trusted by clients to deliver safety-led solutions to complex challenges. This role would suit candidates working in these roles: Safety Case Engineer, Nuclear Safety Consultant, Safety Analyst, Principal Safety Engineer, Safety Assurance Lead, Safety Case Manager, Risk and Safety Engineer, Safety Systems Engineer, Safety Integration Engineer, or Technical Safety Lead.
