We are looking for an experienced and talented Night Receptionist to join our fantastic venue.

The Role
As a Night Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during night hours.
* Supervising and supporting night staff including front desk agents, porters, and security.
* Overseeing night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and daily reconciliation.
* Managing and resolving guest complaints or emergencies promptly and professionally.
* Monitoring hotel security, conducting regular property walks, and liaising with external emergency services if required.
* Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to address overnight issues or prepare for the next day.
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, including health, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
* Preparing and delivering a nightly handover report for senior management.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role in a luxury hotel environment.
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar).
* Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
* First Aid certification and/or security training is a plus.
