We are working with a family-owned Holiday park nestled in the countryside along the river Avon, seeking a passionate and reliable Clubhouse Chef to join the team and manage the clubhouse kitchen. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals to guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve meals based on the current basic menu
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items
* Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as necessary
* Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols
Requirements
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a kitchen setting
* Good communication skills
