About the Role
Gensler’s London Studio is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our Workplace Studios. You will be a Revit expert responsible for initiating technical solutions to meet client and design briefs. You should have experience managing technical processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and interpret client, designer, and contractor needs.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver workplace design projects.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse teams.
* Collaborate with offices and consultancy teams to develop innovative technical solutions.
* Initiate technical solutions aligned with client briefs.
* Support detailed technical development during project phases, including construction documentation and on-site support.
* Collaborate with Design Managers and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with building legislation and Quality Management System.
* Oversee all project phases from a technical perspective.
* Lead the technical team towards cohesive, compliant, and financially responsible solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or equivalent.
* Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM software.
* At least 8 years of experience in architectural project design and delivery, with workplace experience preferred.
* Extensive knowledge of industrial construction techniques.
* Ability to work in Revit at BIM Level 2 standards.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.
* Excellent communication skills to convey BIM concepts effectively.
* Strong leadership, collaboration, and time management skills.
