The late shift supervisor at Kentec is responsible for supporting all areas of Kentec production. They are expected to provide support/guidance to team leaders and staff and will be an active member of the assembly team as well as their supervisory role.
Responsibilities
* Undergo training relevant to their supervisory duties in all areas of Kentec production.
* Ensure that team leaders and staff are fulfilling their responsibilities.
* Communicate performance targets and goals where needed.
* Uphold the Company’s procedures and policies effectively.
* Support team leaders to schedule work, ensuring workload requirements are met.
* Provide ongoing, real‑time feedback on employee performance where needed.
* Communicate company updates when needed and receive and escape feedback as necessary.
* Assemble product as required.
* Assist in resolving emergencies and issues.
* Ensure all Health and Safety protocols in the workplace are being followed.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple areas.
* Role model and mentor for team leaders and staff.
* At least two years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in assembly environments.
* Must be able to rotate to a 08:00 to 16:30 shift within 24 hours notice.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholder levels.
