Youll be responsible for managing our IT systems, vendors, and security policies, while driving innovation through automation, data reporting, and system optimisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain core business systems, including user management, system security, and performance. Provide IT support and training for new starters, end-users, and managers to ensure everyone has the right tools to work efficiently. Manage relationships and contracts with external IT support providers and third-party vendors. Develop, maintain, and enforce a robust Cyber Security policy, including prevention, recovery, and compliance with customer and industry requirements. Implement and manage a risk management policy, ensuring effective data backup, recovery, and minimal downtime. Create and maintain a data archiving policy to optimise cloud usage and costs. Develop reporting solutions using ERP systems and/or Power BI to support departmental planning and KPI tracking. Plan and manage IT projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new system deployments. Lead the strategic development of IT and business systems, identifying opportunities for automation and AI tools. Coordinate and improve company procedures, standards, and documentation to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing. Track and report department KPIs to the senior management team. Ensure all work complies with health and safety and company policies. About You Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related discipline. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including Office, SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote. Understanding of Cyber Security principles and best practices. Experience supporting and administering an SQL-based ERP system (preferred). Experience with Power BI and data reporting tools (preferred). Background in a make-to-order/manufacturing environment (advantageous). Proven project management experience. Skills & Attributes Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
