Key responsibilities of an Store Manager:
Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
Build relationships within the store
What we are looking for:
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused retail management
A passionate and inspiring individual
Strong focus on CRM
Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
